Charlotte Romero is the former owner and editor of The Zine, published in Laramie, WY. Her passion for strength of community and local art fuels her drive to continue to pursue new projects to show off the talents of her hometown and her home state. Thus, "If Only Because" was born.
This literary journal will be operated with the goal of providing an opportunity for the unseen voices of this small state to be heard in places they may otherwise have never reached. There is talent and passion in every corner of this state- it ought to be shared with the world.
